Survivors by the Sea, was founded in 2006 by 11 cancer patients/survivors in Winthrop, MA. The group now has over 160 members in New England and nationwide.

Our goal is to Pay It Forward. We nurture patients and their families through treatment with love, experience and empathy. Beyond treatment, we help survivors maintain their quality of life through continued support and friendship and healthy living.

Our logo sail reflects the Survivors’ many types of cancer, and the red buoy guides us safely to the end of the voyage.

SBTS is a registered 501(c)3 organization with zero administrative overhead.
